Dr. Alberto Baños Arjona, male, head of Research and Development in DOMCA. He is part of the research group of the University of Granada: “Bio160” Antagonist substances produced by microorganisms. Alberto received a PhD in Microbiology at the University of Granada and has Master’s degrees in Biotechnology and in Industrial Hygiene & Safety at Work. He has coordinated national and international R&D Projects in the company during the last 10 years.
Dr. Paloma Abad Campos, female, received a PhD in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Granada. She holds a Master’s degree in Technology and Quality of Food. She is currently Head of the Department of Analytical Chemistry in DOMCA and has more than 10 years of experience in national and international projects.
Dr. Maria Arantzazu Aguinaga, female, holds a PhD in Agricultural Biology and Aquaculture and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Biology at the University of Granada. She will contribute her know-how and expertise in the R&D Department.
Enrique Guillamón Ayala, male, BSc in Chemistry at the University of Murcia (Spain), Enrique started to work at the R&D Department of DOMCA in 2006 and since 2010 he is the Technical Director of the company. He will be the project manager.
Andrea Ricci, male, holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Quality of Food (University of Bari, Italy) and is currently the head of DOMCA’s Food Applications department since 2010.
