Dr. Tanja Bogdanović, female, is a head of Laboratory for Analytical Chemistry and Residues – Regional Veterinary Institute Split, CVI. Her research interests include food chemistry and technology as well as environmental and processing contaminants. She has been involved in several projects with aquaculture producers for improving operational management of the bivalve aquaculture. She has published over 15 research articles in peer reviewed (SCI) journal.

 

Dr. Sandra Petričević, female, is a deputy head of Laboratory for Analytical Chemistry and Residues – Regional Veterinary Institute Split, CVI. Her research activities have been focused on food chemistry, technology and food products developing. She is involved in project with industry for innovative methods in monitoring of proteolytic, lipolytic and oxidative processes during the production of dry cured ham. She has published over 20 research articles in peer reviewed (SCI) journal. Dr. Eddy Listeš, male, is a head of the CVI branch-Regional Veterinary Institute Split with research interest in the field of diagnostics of infectious and parasitic animal diseases and analysis of food of animal origin. He has participated and led several research projects in the field of agriculture, live animals and food products. He has published over 20 research articles in peer reviewed (SCI) journal.
